Returns:
As all of our items are custom made, returns will only be accepted if an error was made on our part. Because our clothing items are custom made, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues. For stationery products, LaineyBug Lane always sends a proof via email for you to check for any spelling, layout, wording, information errors. Pleaes be sure you closely check these, as once we get your approval and print your product, we cannot accept a printing error return. LaineyBug Lane must be contacted within 3 days of receiving your package if an error was made on our part.
Payment:
We accept credit cards through PayPal. PayPal also allows you to directly transfer from your bank account. Orders will not be processed and shipped until payment has cleared.
Shipping:
The post office has once again increased prices and eliminated several box sizes that I used to ship most items for the low cost of $6. Therefore, LaineyBug Lane will have to increase shipping prices and we apologize for the inconvenience. Most of our small items, like bag tags, 2 shirts, a burp cloth, a bib will still fit in the small box and ship for $6 via Priority Mail. Invitations have to be shipped in the medium box and using Priority Mail it costs $10. All shipping will now be $10 and if your item ships for less, you will receive the difference via a refund to your Pay Pal account. Thanks!
Sales tax
We are required to charge sales tax on any order shipped to a resident of Louisiana.

Making a purchase requires that you supply your contact information (name-email-address-shipping address). Your information is strictly confidential. The information you provide to us will be used solely by us, to process your orders. We will not distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will not allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so by law. We will not solicit you or contact you outside of order processing.
